We’re busy on many fronts at the moment! As a new non-profit organization the team is working on everything from the design of this new site, to planning our next BEARTREK shoot location. So far we’ve filmed in two locations (Alaska and Borneo) – pictured here in Borneo is one of BEARTREK’s featured biologists Siew te Wong who has already benefited from a Wildlife Media grant. Now our biggest effort is focused on an intensive fund-raising drive. We aim to raise $2M over the next three years for global bear conservation. Every dollar goes towards supporting priority bear conservation projects on the ground and creating our film to provide worldwide exposure for the plight of bears and some of the wonderful stories that surround them.
